After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice number and our mailing address for you to send your inclusions to (not listed publicly for privacy). If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder. Still missing it? Email savedinstone@gmail.com and we will resend the information!

Turnaround time begins once your inclusion is received and checked in. Check-ins are processed weekly.

Breastmilk

• Send 15ml - 1oz (fully thawed) — please do not send more than 1oz!

• Triple-bag using breastmilk storage bags only (no containers). If the bag you milk is currently in is your last BM bag, please have the other two bags be freezer ziplock bags.

• Write your name & invoice number on the outer bag. VERY IMPORTANT!!

• If sending multiple milks, label which is for each piece.

• Do not send the last of your milk as mailing mistakes can happen. Email us if you have less than 15ml to work with and we will figure something out!

• Ship in a USPS Small Flat Rate Box

Ashes

• Send 1/2 teaspoon, if you have less than this please email us first

• Triple-bag in a ziplock bag, tape it shut, and label with your full name & invoice number

• Unused ashes will always be returned with your finished piece

• Please please please do not send the last of your ashes as mailing mistakes can happen!

• Ship in a USPS Small Flat Rate Box

Fabric

• Send 1 square inch per keepsake only

• Seal in a ziplock bag and label with your full name & invoice number.

• Please do not send entire garments

• Remaining fabric will be returned

     •      Ship in whatever you feel comfortable with! (Ex: envelope or bubble mailer)

Dried Flowers

• Send one flower per keepsake (if using multiple varieties)

• Flowers must be 100% dried before shipping to prevent mold

• Double-bag and label with your full name & invoice number.

• Please do not send the last of your flowers as mailing mistakes can happen

     •     Ship in whatever you feel comfortable with! (Ex: envelope or bubble mailer)

Hair

• Send at least 20 strands, minimum 1 inch long.

• Tie hair together and place in a ziplock bag to reduce static

• Label with your full name & invoice number

• Hair placement is not guaranteed due to natural movement but we will try our best to get it as close to your request as possible

• Extra hair will not be returned

      •      Ship in whatever you feel comfortable with! (Ex: envelope or bubble mailer)
